You have 15 seconds from the first clear to the third, so use all that time to aim for Time Bubbles
At low skill levels, the stacked clears earn fewer coins, so you need to aim for Time Bubbles.
The difference from high skill levels is waiting without activating Rey’s skill while the skills are stacked.
