Honestly, We Don’t Really Recommend Leveling Plus Tsums Right Now
As of October 2026, the best medal farming Plus Tsums are The Mandalorian + and Tinker Bell + (both JP only). Even so, the Medals these two can earn are limited.
Even playing The Mandalorian + or Tinker Bell + at max skill, you earn only about 11,400 Medals per hour.
Converted to real money, that’s only about 340 yen (based on Japanese prices). In other words, it’s like earning around 300 yen an hour, so honestly, it’s not great value.
So much so that you could argue “if you want Medals, it’s faster to pay,” and right now leveling Plus Tsums just for Medals is a tough choice.

Some Tsums Changed Medal Farming Completely
The Plus Tsum lineup, which had barely changed, shifted dramatically with the arrival of one Tsum.
That Tsum is The Mandalorian + (JP only).
Then Tinker Bell + (JP only) matched its efficiency, leaving all previous Plus Tsums behind.
The Strength of the Previous Top Medal Tsums
Before The Mandalorian + and Tinker Bell +, the top of medal farming was held by four Tsums: Lightning McQueen +, Rapunzel +, Woody +, and Ariel +.
At max skill, these Tsums earned about 150 Medals per minute, and that was the standard for “top class.”

For a long time, this number was the “ceiling” for medal farming in Tsum Tsum.
The Top 2’s Shocking 190 Medals
Testing showed the top two earn 190 Medals per minute.
That’s about 40 more than the previous top class.
Even more notable is the number of Medals earned per hour.
Until now, no Plus Tsum — however efficient — had ever passed 10,000 Medals in an hour of play at max skill.
These Tsums recorded 11,400 Medals. It was the first time in Tsum Tsum’s medal farming history that the 10,000-Medals-per-hour barrier was broken.
Why It’s a “Revolution” in Medal Farming
About a year and a half after medal farming began, around 150 per minute had always been the limit.
The Mandalorian + and Tinker Bell + rewrote that in one go — not just an update, but a change worthy of being called a “revolution.”
With a gap this large, they naturally become a high leveling priority for players serious about medal farming.
Which Plus Tsum Should Get Your Skill Tickets?
The Best Choice Right Now
Considering both medal and coin efficiency, the highest priority for Skill Tickets right now is The Mandalorian + and Tinker Bell + (JP only).
If you “just want to level a Plus Tsum” or “want to farm Medals efficiently,” going all in on The Mandalorian + is fine.
Next is Rapunzel +, a strong option for players who care more about coin farming.

The Gap Between Plus Tsums Isn’t Actually That Big
Looking through the ranking, Cruella +, Sora +, Simba +, and Goofy + have roughly similar efficiency, and honestly, there’s no big gap overall.
Stormtrooper + and Lady Tremaine + are about equal for medal farming, followed by Pluto + and Daisy +.

The Mandalorian + Is Currently the Best
For medal farming that’s also good at coin farming, The Mandalorian + is overwhelmingly the best right now.
It has decent coin farming performance while being the best at medal farming.
In overall strength, The Mandalorian + is currently the top Plus Tsum.
Tinker Bell +, Close Behind the Best, Is Also Recommended
It narrowly lost to The Mandalorian +, but the difference is within the margin of error.
Basically, leveling Tinker Bell + is no problem.
If you don’t have The Mandalorian +, level this one.
Rapunzel +, Great All-Around
The Tsum with the all-around strength to earn both Medals and coins is Rapunzel +.
Its medal efficiency is lower than the top two, but it beats them at coin farming.
Level it if you don’t have the top two.
For Pure Coin Farming, Lady Tremaine + Is Also an Option
Its medal farming efficiency is D rank, but Lady Tremaine + specializes in coin farming.
If you focus on coin farming, the four options are The Mandalorian +, Tinker Bell +, Rapunzel +, and Lady Tremaine +, but once you factor in medal farming efficiency too, The Mandalorian +, Tinker Bell +, and Rapunzel + still come out ahead.
